Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PublisherAtlas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

PublisherAtlas is a subscription directory of information about third-party websites, compiled from public and official sources (ad networks' published seller lists, public domain registration records, and third-party traffic-intelligence providers).

Estimates, not facts. Traffic figures, revenue estimates, and worth values are produced by models. They are provided AS-IS for directional research and do not represent actual earnings, traffic, or performance of any website. Nothing in the Service is business, investment, or legal advice.

No affiliation. PublisherAtlas is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mediavine, Raptive, AdThrive, CafeMedia, Ezoic, Journey by Mediavine, Google, Ahrefs, or any other company mentioned. All product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners.

User Accounts

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically bulk-download the directory other than through the official export feature within its documented limits.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or the paywall, or share account credentials.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish exported data or substantial portions of the directory.
• Use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of any third party.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed through our merchant-of-record payment processor:

• Pro Monthly — $19 per month, auto-renews each month until cancelled.
• Pro Yearly — $190 per year, auto-renews each year until cancelled.
• Pro Lifetime — $99, a one-time purchase; no renewals.

You may cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are handled case-by-case and are otherwise only issued where required by law.

Credits and Exports

Pro plans include monthly export credits. CSV exports cost 1 credit per 100 rows, are capped per request, and are subject to a rolling 30-day per-account cap. Credits are per-account, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Every export file is watermarked with an account-bound identifier; exports are licensed for your own internal use — redistribution, resale, or republication of exported data is prohibited.

Guest Posts

If the guest-post feature is enabled, paid article submissions are reviewed by moderators before publication. Submissions that are rejected are refunded. By submitting, you confirm the content is your own, lawful, and original, and you grant us a license to publish it. You remain responsible for what you submit.

Intellectual Property

The compilation, presentation, and original content of the Service are owned by us. Facts about third-party websites (including public registration data) remain in the public domain; our directory compilation and models are protected.

Data Accuracy; Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or estimate, and we are not affiliated with the websites listed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time through account settings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
